Without external support from Neil Young, we would not have completed our accreditation on schedule as the process is more intensive than anticipated. Having external assistance preparing our accreditation provided the ideal challenge ahead of the audit, and as a sense check interpreting the standards. We would have no hesitation in using Neil's services again.

IFA Academy

A series of half day workshops has been produced covering all the key skills an IFA needs. These have been provided in a modular structure for Networks and Support Service Providers.

They are designed to refresh existing IFAs in key areas to their business, as well as helping "New Blood" come into the industry. The content looks at more the "soft" and business skills that are required to survive and thrive in the post RDR world. (Any technical training would supplement this approach). The modules would be based on the Financial Planning Competence model.

In addition to the above, the concept is that each attendee will get a wide but shallow introduction to basic Practice Management techniques that can be applied to their unique circumstances and concerns.

The following outline looks at how those wishing to change their business model and improve their effectiveness can be supported.
